I take a holistic approach that considers nutrition, lifestyle habits, mental and emotional wellbeing, stress, and the bigger picture of the life you want to build. Together we focus on what will genuinely support your health, your clarity, and your ability to live with more intention.

My Coaching Process

Initial Consultation

Complimentary Session - 30 Minutes 

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what you're hoping to improve in your health and wellbeing. During this consultation we will discuss your goals, current lifestyle habits, and the challenges you may be experiencing. From there, we will determine the best coaching approach moving forward. This session also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see if coaching is the right fit for you.

Weekly Nutrition Coaching 

$100 per month

These sessions are designed for individuals who want consistent support with their nutrition and eating habits. We will build meal plans, create goals and you will ask questions here. We meet once per week for 30 minutes, focusing on practical changes, accountability, and building sustainable routines that support your health goals. Clients are billed monthly and receive weekly check-ins to stay supported and on track.

Wellness Coaching Session

60 Minutes - $70 per session - Ask about my package deals and hear about how you can get more sessions for less money!

These sessions focus on overall wellbeing, including mindset, lifestyle habits, stress management, and personal growth.

Together we will work through the areas that most impact your health; helping you develop routines, boundaries, and habits that support a balanced life. Sessions are scheduled based on your individualized coaching plan.

I help individuals improve their overall wellbeing through a holistic approach that includes nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress management, and mental and emotional wellness.
 
My goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change so you can experience greater balance, clarity, and fulfillment in your health, relationships, career, and daily life. I believe that true wellbeing comes from caring for the whole person: body, mind, and the life you are building.
 
Through personalized coaching, I work alongside you to help you develop habits and perspectives that support your health, reduce stress, and move you toward the life you truly want.
